Out-of-network benefits

I'm not in-network with any insurance companies, so I don't bill directly. Many clients use PPO benefits for reimbursement.

I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits. You can check your coverage by asking the following questions:

  • Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health?
  • Is there a deductible I need to meet before I will be reimbursed?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What percentage of the fee do you cover?

It may be possible to use your Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), or Health Savings Card to pay for some or all of your therapy sessions. Contact your insurance to inquire about this.

Recognizing that financial and situational circumstances vary, I offer sliding scale options. This ensures that individuals facing economic challenges still have the opportunity to receive high-quality therapeutic support without compromising their financial stability.

Payment

Simple & seamless

I accept all major credit cards, FSA, and HSA — making care accessible and seamless.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. For more information, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.

Cancellation Policy

48-hour notice required

I require at least 48 hours advanced notice for cancellations or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

Teletherapy

Virtual sessions, wherever you are

I offer virtual sessions for California residents. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform to conduct video sessions, which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.
